We are the aviation, education and training people!

The International Air & Space Training Institute (IASTI®) is a team of experienced and committed professionals helping to train the next generation of aviation professionals.

We work with aircraft manufacturers, airlines, educators, trainers, and governments to face the global challenges of a shortage of skilled people, environmental sustainability, and keeping ahead of technology.

The IASTI® concept was created by Simon Witts, a 40-year aviation professional with expertise and experience across airlines, engineering, flight testing, certification, operations, education and training.

You can meet the team here.

“I am immensely proud to be leading the industry partners on the IASTI® Stakeholder Board as we launch our scale-up based on the successful UK ‘pilot’. The world needs a sustainable supply of the right people from the right background and I am confident that we have found the right solution to achieve that. I encourage all of industry to get behind this initiative with its ‘collaboration before competition’ approach"
